🔄 Returns Policy

Stocked Items

We offer a 28-day return window on all items we ship directly.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition

  • Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • Contact us first at hello@winchequip.co.uk to arrange a return

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund within 14 days

Affiliate Items (Amazon, eBay, etc.)

Items marked as “View on Amazon” or “View on eBay” are purchased from third-party sellers.

  • These products are not returnable to us

  • You must follow the return process on the website where you purchased the item

  • We do not have access to affiliate order details or status


🛠️ Warranty Information

Stocked Items

All stocked products include a manufacturer’s warranty, usually 12 months (unless otherwise stated on the product page).

  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults

  • It does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or wear and tear

  • In most cases, the warranty is handled directly by the manufacturer — we’re happy to help coordinate where needed

Affiliate Items

Warranty coverage is provided by the third-party seller (e.g. Amazon or eBay). We don’t have any control over these warranties or returns.
