This Lodar AC9860 is a genuine Standard Aerial Assembly with a 0.4m (1.4ft) cable — a remotely mounted external aerial for Lodar wireless receiver systems.

The AC9860 is a genuine Lodar standard aerial assembly with a 0.4m (1.4ft) coaxial cable. Mounting an external aerial restores the system's full operating range when the receiver is concealed — inside a metal enclosure, cab or bodywork — and can't get a good signal from its internal aerial. If an existing system suffers stuttering or signal drop-outs through poor reception, fitting a remote aerial is the recommended fix.
Around 200mm of the cable sits inside the receiver, and an M20 cable gland is included for mounting through steel or plastic. The aerial itself measures roughly 160mm tall by 13mm in diameter.
It works with most current Lodar receivers: four-button and larger receivers with six screws in the lid have the aerial connector fitted ready to use. It is not compatible with two-button receivers without a master output, or with blue-seal receivers that have four screws in the lid.
